Privacy policy

This policy covers Fileuno for Android, package com.batuhantomo.fileuno, operated by REKL0W LTD. Contact [email protected]. Android availability depends on its Google Play release. iOS has a separate policy.

No Fileuno account or document-upload backend is required. Selected photos, PDF contents, file names and history are not sent to a Fileuno server or advertising provider. System pickers and Android's PDF renderer process selected files locally.

Photos and PDF documents you select are processed on your device. Fileuno does not upload the contents of those files to Fileuno servers or advertising providers.

Generated PDFs and processing history may be stored in Fileuno’s local app container so you can access recent work. Files you export, save, or share are also stored wherever you choose to place them.

Google Mobile Ads shows a PG-limited interstitial only after a successful PDF task has been saved to history, with at least five minutes between presentations. Failed/no-fill/offline ads do not block saved results. Known ad_free purchasers receive no ads or unnecessary consent prompts; unresolved access suppresses ads.

Google Mobile Ads/UMP may collect/share IP address and approximate location derived from it, advertising/device/app-set identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics and consent state for advertising, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Fileuno does not request GPS or use PDF/photo contents or file names for targeting.

Applicable EEA/UK/Swiss choices use Google's certified UMP before requests. Personalized ads are eligible only when the applicable consent signals permit them. Refusal, partial consent or uncertainty uses non-personalized, limited or no ads. Google-disallowed requests are skipped. Android has no Apple ATT prompt. Refusal never disables PDF tools; Android advertising-ID controls are separate in system Settings.

The optional one-time non-consumable purchase removes ads. Google Play processes payment; RevenueCat validates/restores purchases and manages the ad_free entitlement. Use the same purchasing store account for restore; anonymous access does not promise automatic transfer between Apple and Google.

RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID, store purchase/transaction history and applicable SDK/device diagnostics for entitlement management, functionality and purchase analytics. Fileuno disables RevenueCat automatic device-identifier collection and does not send photos, PDFs or file names. Known ad-free users receive no ad initialization, preload, presentation or unnecessary UMP prompts; unresolved access suppresses ads.

Camera permission is requested only for scanning. Android system photo/document pickers provide only selected files; no broad media/storage permission is requested. Fileuno does not request microphone, contacts, GPS or background location. Normal network and advertising-identifier permissions may be declared by embedded providers. Manage camera permission and reset/delete the advertising ID in Android Settings.

Preferences, previews, generated PDFs and history stay in app storage. Clear history in Settings to remove managed generated copies/history. Removing the app removes its container, subject to OS backup behavior. Originals and copies exported to Files, Photos, a cloud document provider or another app must be deleted there separately. A system picker may download a user-selected cloud file under that provider's policy.

Local deletion does not erase provider-held advertising/purchase records, cancel purchases or request refunds. Google, Apple and RevenueCat apply their own retention/legal duties. Email support for applicable operator-controlled correspondence or customer-record access/deletion requests; limited verification may be needed.

When Google reports regional privacy options are required, Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices reopens the actual Google form; otherwise the action is hidden. Android's advertising-ID and camera controls are separate in system Settings. These are not paid controls and refusal never blocks document tools.

Restore Purchases with the purchasing Google Play account. Anonymous access does not transfer a purchase automatically between stores. Clear app-managed history in Settings and external copies at their destination.

Google provides Mobile Ads/UMP; Google Play processes Android payments; RevenueCat validates purchases. There is no standalone product-analytics SDK. The company website is hosted on BilHost and delivered through Cloudflare; these providers may process request/connection metadata for delivery, security and reliability when you open web links.

Fileuno is a general document utility, not directed to children; it does not ask for age or health information. Support correspondence includes your email, message and attachments and is retained as needed to answer and meet legal duties. Do not send confidential documents, passwords or payment-card details.

Provider processing can occur internationally under their safeguards. App storage protection and encrypted provider connections are used, but no system is risk-free. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction/deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent or contact a data-protection authority. Material changes will be dated and aligned with app/store disclosures.
