These Wearvia Terms of Use supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA or mandatory law, the Apple Standard EULA and mandatory law control. By downloading or using Wearvia, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

Wearvia is a local-first utility for organising clothes you own, creating editable garment cutouts, building outfits, recording wear history, estimating cost per wear from information you enter, and preparing trip capsules. It is not a professional styling, weather-safety, travel, baggage, financial, valuation, insurance, or inventory-recovery service.

Background masks, metadata, outfit combinations, weather-based reasons, trip coverage, wear statistics, and cost-per-wear results may be incomplete or incorrect. Review every cutout, garment state, outfit, date, price, currency, weather condition, and packing decision.

Wearvia cannot guarantee that a garment is appropriate, available, clean, safe, permitted by an airline, or suitable for a destination, occasion, climate, or person. Forecasts and current conditions can change. Keep necessary travel items and critical records outside Wearvia.

Your wardrobe records are primarily stored on your device. Wearvia does not provide an account or cloud wardrobe-recovery service. You are responsible for protecting your device and keeping independent exports or backups of records you cannot afford to lose.

A portable backup can contain garment images and personal wardrobe details. Store and share it carefully. Restore may replace local records after confirmation. A backup does not transfer, prove, or activate an App Store purchase.

Wearvia may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Actual products, localised prices, taxes, billing periods, introductory terms, and availability are shown by Apple's purchase sheet and control over any marketing summary.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges and manages payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund eligibility. Deleting Wearvia does not cancel a subscription.

The lifetime product means access to Wearvia Plus for the supported lifetime of this Wearvia app on compatible Apple platforms under the purchasing Apple Account. It does not promise perpetual operation, permanent third-party-service availability, support for every future operating system, or a transferable benefit.

Active Plus removes Wearvia ad requests and unlocks the Plus features available in the installed version. Purchases may be pending, unavailable, expired, revoked, or affected by Apple, network, or provider status.

Eligible free users may receive interstitial ads only at the limited post-save boundary described in the Privacy Policy. Personalised advertising requires the applicable Google choices and Apple tracking authorisation; other states fall back to non-personalised, limited, technical, or no-ad delivery. Advertising availability varies by region and provider. Wearvia does not guarantee an ad will be available, require an ad to preserve a save, or grant Plus in exchange for an ad.

You may not misuse Wearvia, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, use it to violate law or third-party rights, or distribute malicious or unlawful material through an export. You must have the right to store, edit, and share every photo, note, price, brand reference, or other item you place in Wearvia.

Wearvia and its original software, visual design, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual- property law. You retain rights in the photos and information you add, subject to rights held by photographers, brands, people depicted, and other third parties.

Apple, RevenueCat, Google, WeatherKit, and linked sites operate under their own terms and availability. Wearvia is not responsible for a third-party service outside the operator's control.

Wearvia may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product quality. Local-first behaviour does not guarantee uninterrupted access after device failure, data deletion, unsupported operating-system changes, or loss of a backup.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wearvia is provided as available without guarantees that every mask, suggestion, weather result, advertisement, purchase response, or backup operation will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
