For help, bug reports, accessibility feedback, purchase questions, or privacy requests, email Batuhan Tomo. Never send passwords, Apple credentials, full payment details, RevenueCat secrets, or an unredacted wardrobe backup.

Include the Wearvia marketing version shown in Settings, iOS version, iPhone model, selected language, appearance, exact action that failed, and whether the issue remains after relaunch. Remove faces, addresses, booking references, and payment details from screenshots.

Camera capture requires Camera permission and a physical iPhone. Photo import uses Apple's picker and only receives images you select. If permission was denied, open iOS Settings → Wearvia.

For automatic background removal, photograph one garment against a plain contrasting background with the full outline visible. Avoid a hand, hanger, nearby object, busy floor, low contrast, and clothing worn by a person. Wearvia does not claim reliable separation of a single worn garment.

If no subject, multiple subjects, interruption, or low contrast is reported, retry with a clearer image or use manual erase/restore refinement. Wearvia preserves an app-managed original; deleting the garment does not delete the original Photos item.

Local weather is optional. Tap the local-weather control from Today to request approximate when-in-use location. Wearvia uses a one-shot request and keeps manual weather available. If access was denied, use the Settings recovery action or continue manually.

WeatherKit can be temporarily unavailable because of network, provider, capability, or signing state. A failure never blocks closet, outfit, or trip work. Do not rely on Wearvia as a weather-warning service.

Wearvia suggests only available garments you own. Sparse details can produce broader reasons; add category, season, formality, warmth, rain suitability, and colour when you want tighter results. Locked items remain fixed, while unavailable, laundry, and archived garments are excluded where applicable.

A trip capsule uses the garments selected for that trip. Review destination, dates, occasions, baggage, laundry plans, outfit coverage, and packed states before travel. Wearvia does not check airline rules or guarantee that a capsule is complete.

Prices and final terms come from the App Store. If a monthly, annual, or lifetime option is not shown, wait briefly and retry; Wearvia does not invent a price when the App Store or RevenueCat catalog is unavailable.

If an eligible purchase does not appear, use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made it. A pending transaction may require Apple or family-organiser approval. Do not repeatedly purchase while a transaction is pending.

Manage renewal or cancellation through your Apple Account. Wearvia cannot directly charge a card, cancel an Apple subscription, or issue an App Store refund. Use Apple's purchase history and refund channels where applicable.

Eligible free users may see an interstitial after a safely persisted garment, outfit, or trip save, with at least five minutes between eligible presentations. Wearvia Plus removes all ad requests. An unavailable ad never blocks saving or navigation.

In regions where Google reports that privacy choices are required, Wearvia presents Google's certified consent form before ads can be requested. Apple's tracking permission is separate. After onboarding reaches the real Today screen, Wearvia completes any required Google form, waits for the app to settle, and may then request Apple tracking permission once before loading ads; no garment, outfit, or trip save is required. Completed-save boundaries never request privacy or tracking permission. Personalised ads require both applicable Google choices and Apple tracking authorisation. Refusal, partial consent, denial, restriction, error, or uncertainty falls back to non-personalised, limited, technical, or no-ad delivery without affecting any core feature. When Google requires it, reopen the form from Settings → Privacy & Data → Privacy Choices; manage Apple tracking separately in iOS Settings → Wearvia.

Use Settings → Export to create a portable Wearvia backup and store it somewhere you control. The file can contain garment images, notes, prices, trip details, and wear history. Treat it as private.

Restore accepts compatible Wearvia backup data after confirmation. Keep an independent copy until you verify the restored closet. Purchase access is refreshed from Apple and RevenueCat rather than imported from a backup.

Deleting a Wearvia-managed item does not remove its original Photos item or a file exported elsewhere. Deleting the app removes local app-container data subject to normal iOS and backup behaviour, but does not erase App Store transaction history.
