Terms of use

MeasureProof for Android is provided by REKL0W LTD. You remain responsible for measurements and records you enter, permission to use photographs and checking the resulting PDF before relying on or sharing it. Reference-calibrated values are estimates limited to the same plane. MeasureProof is not a survey instrument, CAD system, legal signature service or tamper-proof evidence platform.

You retain ownership of your content. Projects and managed copies stay on your device, not a MeasureProof server. Sharing/export sends a file only to your selected destination. Keep independent backups: clearing app data, restoring replacement records or uninstalling can remove local work. Deleting a managed photo does not delete its external original. No account or cloud recovery service is included.

Free access includes two active projects, twenty managed photos in total, complete manual annotation tools and one watermarked PDF export. Existing files remain accessible after a free limit is reached. Pro includes unlimited projects/photos/reports, watermark removal, reusable templates, unlimited before/after comparisons and removal of ads.

Only implemented benefits are included; no future cloud, LiDAR or unsupported feature is promised. Google Play presents localized prices, billing periods and applicable terms before confirmation. No unoffered trial is implied.

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew under Google Play's displayed purchase terms unless canceled. Manage or cancel in Google Play. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Access ordinarily continues for the paid period after cancellation, subject to store rules and applicable law.

Lifetime is a one-time, non-renewing purchase for the supported MeasureProof product, not a cross-platform account transfer. App Store and Play purchases are separate. Restore Purchases checks the relevant Google account. RevenueCat validates paid access; pending, declined or unavailable purchases must not be treated as successful.

Refund requests follow Google Play's refund policy and non-waivable consumer rights. MeasureProof does not directly charge a card or cancel a Play subscription.

Free access may include a completed-task interstitial with a minimum five-minute interval. Every active paid plan removes ads. Applicable regional consent precedes initialization. Refusal does not disable core features. See the Android Privacy Policy for provider processing and choices.

Do not use the app unlawfully, violate others' rights or present user-authored/estimated values as independently verified facts. Platform versions and features may evolve. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Material changes will have an updated date; existing purchase terms remain governed by Google Play and applicable requirements. Contact MeasureProof Android Support.
