Getting started
Choose your focus and break lengths in Settings, then start a session from the Timer screen. Tempo Aura keeps your timer preferences and completed-session history on your device.
If the timer behaves unexpectedly, close and reopen Tempo Aura, confirm that your iPhone has enough free storage, and try a new session before contacting support.
Timer and notifications
Notifications are optional and are scheduled locally when a focus or break timer finishes. If an alert does not appear, open iOS Settings, select Tempo Aura, and confirm that notifications are enabled.
Low Power Mode, Focus modes, notification summaries, or muted device settings can change how or when iOS presents an alert.
History and statistics
Completed focus sessions contribute to daily totals, weekly progress, streaks, and History. An interrupted or cancelled session is not counted as completed.
History is local to the current installation. Deleting Tempo Aura also removes the remaining settings and session history in its app container.
Ads and privacy
Tempo Aura may show an interstitial only at a natural idle transition after every second completed focus session and at least five minutes after the previous presentation. Ads do not appear during an active timer, onboarding, Settings, notifications, widgets, or Live Activities. If an ad is not available, the app continues normally.
Ad availability can vary by region, connectivity, inventory, and Google's request eligibility. Where required, Google's certified regional form appears before ads. Personalized ads are possible only after the applicable regional choices and Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission both allow them. Refusing or restricting either choice keeps ads non-personalized, limited, or unavailable and never limits the timer. The Privacy Policy remains available in Settings; a separate advertising choices control appears only when Google reports that one is required. Apple tracking permission can be changed in iOS Settings.
Tempo Aura Privacy PolicyTempo Aura Plus
Tempo Aura Plus is a one-time purchase that permanently removes ads. Open Settings, select Tempo Aura Plus, and complete the purchase with your Apple account. The displayed price comes from the App Store for your storefront and currency.
If a previous purchase is not recognized, open the Plus screen and choose Restore Purchase while signed into the same Apple account. Confirm that the device is online and that App Store purchases are allowed. You will not be charged again for a successful restore.
If purchase or restore still fails, include the visible error, Tempo Aura version, and iOS version when contacting support. Do not send payment-card or banking information.
Widgets and Live Activities
Widgets and Live Activities use Apple system features to show current timer information. If their status is stale, open Tempo Aura once, start or resume the timer, and confirm that Live Activities are allowed in iOS Settings.
Remove and add the widget again if iOS continues to display old information after the app has been reopened.
