For help, bug reports, accessibility feedback, purchase questions, or privacy requests, email Batuhan Tomo. Never send passwords, Apple credentials, full payment details, RevenueCat secrets, or a complete unredacted job-site backup.

Include the MeasureProof marketing version shown in Settings, iOS or iPadOS version, device model, selected language, appearance, exact action that failed, and whether the issue remains after relaunch. Remove client names, addresses, faces, access codes, and other confidential details from screenshots.

Camera capture requires Camera permission and a physical iPhone or iPad. Photo import uses Apple's picker and receives only the images you select. If access was denied, open MeasureProof Settings → Camera & Photos, then review the iOS system permission.

If a managed photo is missing or damaged, open it from the project and choose a replacement. MeasureProof preserves the project record, annotations, and issues when recovery is possible. Keep original photos outside MeasureProof when they are important.

Drag either endpoint and use the offset loupe and fine-movement controls when a finger hides the exact point. Measurement values are entered by you. Reference-calibrated values are estimates limited to the same plane.

MeasureProof is not a survey instrument, CAD system, legal signature service, or tamper-proof evidence platform. Confirm every value and label before relying on a report.

Resolve preflight warnings for missing photos, incomplete captions, clipped labels, and output-size risk before export. Preview the complete PDF and confirm the pages, values, images, and language before sharing it.

Large reports can take longer to render. Keep MeasureProof in the foreground when possible, leave sufficient free storage, and retry after relaunch if iOS interrupted an export. A file saved or shared outside MeasureProof must be deleted from that destination separately.

Prices and final terms come from the App Store. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple Account; lifetime access is a separate non-consumable purchase. MeasureProof cannot directly charge a card, cancel an Apple subscription, or issue an App Store refund.

If an eligible purchase does not appear, use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made it. A pending transaction may require Apple or family-organiser approval. Do not repeatedly purchase while a transaction is pending.

Eligible free users may see an interstitial only after a changed annotation session or saved issue, with at least five minutes before the first opportunity and between later attempts. An unavailable ad never blocks saving, navigation, or export.

Any active MeasureProof Pro entitlement removes ad requests. Where Google's regional privacy form is required, reopen it from Settings → Privacy & Data. Apple tracking permission is separate and can be changed in iOS Settings. Personalised ads are eligible only when the applicable Google consent and Apple permission both allow them; otherwise delivery is non-personalised, limited, technical, or skipped without affecting features.

Use Settings → Export & Backup to create a portable backup and store it somewhere you control. The file can contain project details, annotations, issues, and managed photos. Treat it as private and keep an independent copy until you verify a restore.

Deleting a MeasureProof-managed project does not remove original Photos items or files exported elsewhere. Deleting the app removes local app-container data subject to normal iOS and backup behaviour, but does not erase App Store transaction history.
