Who operates Tidyvia

This policy applies to Tidyvia for iOS, including its widget and Live Activity, operated by Batuhan Tomo (Rekl0w). Effective date: 9 September 2026. Privacy contact: batuhan.tomo@gmail.com.

02

Your home stays on your device

Rooms, task names, estimates, recurrence, completion history, pace choices, saved plans and session progress are stored in the app’s local SQLite database. There is no Tidyvia account or household-content server. These details are not sent to Google or RevenueCat as targeting, purchase attributes or analytics events.

Local files also hold preferences, recovery backups and a small advertising-frequency record. The latter records recent completed-session IDs and ad timing only on your device. It is separate from household backup exports. There is no independent product-analytics or session-replay service.

Home reports are calculated on your device from confirmed completion records, including dates, task names, room names and counts. Summary sharing and CSV export happen only when you choose them through the iOS share sheet. Tidyvia deletes its temporary CSV after that sheet closes; copies saved or sent through another service remain under that destination's control.

03

Tidyvia Plus purchases

Plus is an optional one-time App Store purchase. Apple handles payment; Tidyvia does not receive your card details. RevenueCat validates transactions, restores access and provides purchase reporting using purchase history, transaction details, a pseudonymous app identifier and technical information such as platform and storefront. Internet requests also expose an IP address to the receiving service.

Tidyvia does not supply a name, email, custom account ID, household content or advertising identifier to RevenueCat. Purchase information is not connected to an advertising-attribution integration. Verified Plus users receive no in-app ads.

04

Advertising and consent

The free version uses Google AdMob. An already loaded interstitial may appear when you leave the summary of a completed session containing a task you confirmed. It does not appear on the first such session or during a timer, onboarding or purchase flow. Displays are separated by at least five minutes. An unavailable ad does not prevent you from using the app.

Google’s advertising SDK may process IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers, ad views and interactions, other app interactions, crash information and performance data for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and service improvement. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing.

At an eligible Home screen, Google’s User Messaging Platform checks the consent requirements for your region. Where required, a consent form is shown first. Apple’s tracking permission is a separate choice. Tidyvia requests personalized ads only when the regional signals allow it and Apple tracking permission is granted. Otherwise it explicitly requests non-personalized ads, or makes no ad request when consent rules do not permit one. A refusal never removes free planning features.

Pace choices are planning preferences, not medical information. Tidyvia does not create health profiles or send household or health details for ad targeting.

05

Your privacy choices

Open Tidyvia Settings → Privacy. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point for your region, Advertising privacy choices opens its consent form. You can revise or withdraw those choices there. If that entry is absent, Google has not required that form for the current region and consent state; the public policy and support link remain available.

Manage Apple tracking permission in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Permission is optional and is not requested again after your decision. Tidyvia rechecks permissions before an eligible ad display and discards a loaded ad if its personalization mode has changed. Google’s own ad settings also provide controls. Plus removes in-app advertising after purchase verification.

06

Reminders, widgets and backups

Reminders are optional local iOS notifications. Tidyvia does not register an APNs push token or send reminder schedules to a server. Widgets and Live Activities share task names, room names, guide steps and session progress through a local app group so you can see what to do next. This content may appear on your Home Screen, Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. iOS controls access and visibility on locked surfaces; task and room text is marked as privacy-sensitive for system redaction. No widget content is sent to advertising or purchase providers.

Exports and imports use the system file picker and share sheet. You choose which destination receives a backup; Tidyvia does not upload it to a household service. Exported files can contain private household details. iOS or iCloud device backups may include app data according to your system settings.

07

Retention and deletion

Local content remains until you edit or delete it or remove the app. Archiving hides an item; it is not deletion. Recovery files, exported copies, shared widget storage and system backups are separate copies and may remain after an individual item is deleted. Review and remove backups at the location where you saved them. Export anything you want to keep before uninstalling.

Uninstalling is not a request to erase provider-held purchase or advertising records. Providers retain information under their policies for service delivery, security, accounting or legal obligations. Contact us about data we control; we may need enough non-sensitive information to locate a purchase or support request. Apple and Google describe their retention practices in the policies linked below.

08

Support, security and your rights

If you choose to email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachment you send. Include only what is necessary and avoid household backups or payment details unless a specific support issue requires them. Support correspondence is used to answer the request and retained as needed to resolve it and meet applicable obligations.

We use platform safeguards and encrypted provider connections; no storage or transmission is guaranteed risk-free. Service providers may process information outside your country under their own safeguards. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction or deletion, object to processing or withdraw consent. Send a request to the contact above; you may also contact your local data-protection authority. Advertising consent controls and Apple’s tracking choice are available without a purchase.

Tidyvia is a general household-planning app, not directed to children and not a medical service. It does not ask for age or health information. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information in a support request. Material policy changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
