Tidyvia for Android — Privacy policy

Effective date: 8 October 2026

Tidyvia for Android is provided by REKL0W LTD. Privacy contact: info@rekl0w.com. This document applies to the Android application com.batuhantomo.tidyvia; the existing iOS policy remains separate.

Household information stays on your device

Rooms, task names and details, estimated durations, pace settings, saved routines, confirmed completion history, reports and session state are stored locally in SQLite. Tidyvia has no account, household-data server, cloud synchronization or standalone product analytics. Household text and pace settings are not sent to advertising or purchase providers.

Reports are calculated on the device from confirmed completion records. Skipping a task or reaching the end of its timer does not record a completion. Sharing a report, CSV or backup opens Android's system share sheet only when you choose it. A destination you select may receive that file; saved or sent copies remain under that destination's control. Temporary CSV files remain in private app cache so the selected recipient can read them; files older than one day are removed on the next CSV export. Clearing the app's cache or uninstalling also removes those temporary files. Exported backups can contain household text and history, so choose a destination you trust.

Android automatic app-data backup is disabled for this app. You can export a backup from Settings. Clearing app storage or uninstalling normally removes local app data; separately exported copies and provider purchase records are not removed by that action.

Purchases and Tidyvia Plus

Plus is an optional one-time purchase through Google Play, not a recurring subscription. A verified Plus entitlement removes all app advertising and unlocks the features shown in the app. Google Play processes payment and purchase information; Tidyvia does not receive your payment-card details. RevenueCat receives purchase history, transaction and product information, a pseudonymous app-user identifier, entitlement status and technical information needed to validate, restore and support purchases. Purchase records are not connected to advertising profiles by Tidyvia. A pseudonymous identifier can persist for restoring a purchase.

Google and RevenueCat retain purchase records under their own policies and applicable legal or fraud-prevention requirements. There is no fixed local retention timer for those provider records. To request access, correction or deletion of provider-linked records, contact us; we may need purchase identifiers to locate the relevant record. We cannot erase records that a provider must retain or delete copies you shared to another service.

Advertising and privacy choices

The base app may show occasional Google AdMob interstitial advertising at a completed-session exit. It does not show ads while you are doing a task. A verified Plus user is excluded from ad initialization, loading and display. Advertising also remains blocked when purchase entitlement status cannot be safely determined.

Google's advertising and consent SDKs may process your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, app interactions and diagnostic data for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention. Tidyvia does not request precise location, microphone, contacts or camera access. Refusing personalized advertising does not necessarily eliminate all provider data processing.

Applicable Google consent and regional privacy messages are managed through Google's User Messaging Platform. Personalization requires applicable permission signals; uncertain or restricted signals result in non-personalized, limited or no ads. Where Google requires a privacy-options entry point, it appears in Settings so you can revisit your choices. Android does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Device-level advertising controls are separate from in-app Google privacy choices. Tidyvia does not deliberately use purchase records for cross-service advertising profiling.

Notifications, widgets and device permissions

Notification permission is optional. When enabled, local reminders and task notifications may display task names, room names, guide steps, progress and task end times. Done, Skip and time-extension buttons open Tidyvia to validate and perform the requested action. The home-screen widget reads a local presentation cache of the same household information. These surfaces can reveal household text to people who can see your screen; Android's notification and lock-screen settings control visibility.

Task-end alarms are scheduled locally and may be delayed by Android power-management restrictions. Tidyvia does not request exact-alarm or foreground-service permission. Notifications do not upload household tasks to a push-notification server. The packaged notification library includes Firebase Cloud Messaging components, but the app does not register a remote push token or enable Firebase Analytics. Network and advertising-identifier permissions support the providers described above, and Google Play Billing supports purchases.

Retention, security and your choices

Local household information remains until you edit or delete it, replace it by importing a backup, clear app storage or uninstall. You can export your information and edit or delete records in the app. Tidyvia does not require an online account, so there is no account-creation or account-deletion flow. A deletion request concerning provider records can be sent to our privacy contact.

The app uses Android's private app storage. Provider network connections use encrypted transport. No storage or network system can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Google, RevenueCat and their service providers may process information internationally under their own policies and safeguards. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact us with your request or contact your local data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing.

Children and changes

Tidyvia is a general household-planning utility, not a child-directed service. We do not intentionally collect children's household information on an app-controlled server. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us or our providers, contact us so we can address the request. We may update this policy when app behavior, providers or requirements change; the effective date will be updated here.
