Scope

This policy explains information handling in SonicDrip for iOS. It does not apply to other applications or websites operated by Batuhan Tomo, or replace the separate policies of Apple, RevenueCat, or Google.

SonicDrip does not require an account and does not operate a SonicDrip backend. Information that stays only on your device is not available to the operator. Third-party services process limited data for purchases, advertising, consent, security, and related functions as described below.

02

On-device data

SonicDrip stores these values in its local app container:

  • Your selected in-app language and safety acknowledgement.
  • Routine completion count and last interstitial time.
  • Custom duration and up to five saved presets.
  • A last-verified Pro entitlement snapshot for limited offline continuity.

SonicDrip does not send these local settings to a SonicDrip server and does not keep a rewarded-ad or temporary Pro-unlock state.

03

Audio output only

SonicDrip generates tones on the device and uses an output-only audio session. It does not request microphone access, listen to the speaker, record sound, upload audio, detect liquid, diagnose hardware, guarantee moisture removal, waterproof a device, or repair damage.

Playback never starts automatically. The app rejects external audio routes and stops on route changes, interruptions, media-service resets, backgrounding, or termination.

04

Purchases and RevenueCat

Apple processes App Store purchases and payment credentials. SonicDrip does not receive your payment-card or bank details. RevenueCat provides product availability, purchase, entitlement, restore, subscription management, and limited offline continuity for SonicDrip Pro.

SonicDrip configures RevenueCat without your name, email address, an app account, or a custom user profile. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous App User ID and may process device and operating-system information, last-seen information, Apple receipt data, transaction and purchase history, and entitlement status to provide the service and prevent fraud.

05

Advertising and consent

Free users may see one separated adaptive banner during an active Quick Clean session or in eligible idle and browse areas of Modes and Speaker Check. The banner is removed during speaker-test playback and whenever its placement is no longer eligible. An interstitial may appear only at a natural routine-completion boundary, with at least five minutes between presentations. SonicDrip does not use rewarded ads, app-open ads, or ad-based Pro unlocks. Active Pro users do not receive ads.

SonicDrip uses Google's certified User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and remember the advertising choices required in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other applicable regions. UMP is separate from Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. The app does not initialize Google Mobile Ads or request an ad until UMP says that ads may be requested. All ads use a PG maximum content rating.

Personalized advertising is eligible only when the applicable Google consent choices permit it and Apple's tracking permission is authorized. If consent is refused or partial, Apple tracking is denied or restricted, a form or network update fails, or the permission state is uncertain, SonicDrip explicitly requests non-personalized treatment when Google permits an ad request. Google may then provide non-personalized, limited, technical, or no-ad delivery. Refusing consent or tracking never removes access to Quick Clean, Speaker Check, or another core feature.

Non-personalized advertising does not mean no data processing. Depending on your region, consent, device settings, and provider configuration, Google Mobile Ads and UMP may process IP-derived coarse location, device or app identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, crash and performance data, diagnostics, and consent status for ad delivery, personalization when authorized, measurement, reporting, security, and fraud prevention. When authorized, some advertising-related information may be used to track activity across companies' apps or websites, as disclosed on SonicDrip's App Store privacy label.

06

Permissions and absent features

SonicDrip may request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission at a natural ad-supported moment, after required Google choices are complete. The permission allows an advertising identifier to be used for personalized ads and advertising-performance measurement. SonicDrip does not request microphone, camera, photos, location, contacts, calendars, motion, health, Bluetooth, Face ID, or notification permissions. It has no account, social login, remote notification, widget, Live Activity, user-content upload, or standalone product analytics service.

Home Screen Quick Actions are local shortcuts that open Quick Clean, Deep Clean, or Speaker Check. They do not create a widget or transmit your selections to a SonicDrip server.

07

Retention and deletion

App-controlled preferences and caches remain in SonicDrip’s local container until replaced or until you delete the app and its data. Apple purchase records and information processed independently by RevenueCat or Google follow those providers’ retention, legal, transaction, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.

If you email support, the operator receives the email address, message, and any attachment you choose to send. Support correspondence is kept only as reasonably needed to respond, protect the service, resolve a dispute, or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion where applicable by using the contact address below.

08

Your choices

  • When Google requires ongoing privacy options, use Privacy choices in SonicDrip Settings to reopen the actual Google UMP form and change your regional advertising choices.
  • Change Apple's tracking permission for SonicDrip in iOS Settings. Denying it keeps core features available and prevents SonicDrip from choosing the personalized-ad request path.
  • Use the manual language selector without creating an account.
  • Restore purchases or manage subscriptions from SonicDrip Settings.
  • Delete SonicDrip to remove its app-controlled local data.
  • Contact the operator with an access, correction, or deletion request where applicable.
09

Service providers

Apple, RevenueCat, and Google may process information in countries other than your own under their terms, safeguards, and privacy policies. Review their current policies for provider-specific retention, security, international transfer, and user-rights information.

General audience

SonicDrip is a general-audience utility and is not designed or directed to children. Its advertising configuration is marked as not child-directed and not under-age-directed. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an optional support message, contact the operator so the request can be reviewed.
