Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary workout records. You may contact us about access, correction or deletion of data we control. Provider records follow their own retention policies.

Your routines and workout records stay in the app’s local database. No login, cloud sync or Health access. Video requests go directly to Your Move, Pexels and wger; they receive your IP address and requested video, never your sets, weights or history. Videos download on demand into a limited device cache; first use needs internet, cached files work offline until cleared or evicted by the app or OS. JSON sharing is under your control. Device backups depend on OS settings. Local rest notifications are optional; no push token is registered.

Records remain until you delete them in History or Settings, or remove the app. Exported copies and operating-system backups are managed separately. Deleting local data does not cancel a store purchase or erase provider-held records.

Plus offers monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime non-consumable purchase when available in your store. All plans unlock the same Plus features. Monthly and yearly plans renew unless cancelled through your store account before renewal; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime is one payment without automatic renewal. The selected plan’s full localized price and billing period appear before purchase. Manage subscriptions in your store account. Restore with the same store account; cross-platform transfer is not promised.

Opening an illustrated guide requests images directly from GitHub (raw.githubusercontent.com), which receives your IP address and requested image, never your workout records. Muscle maps and weekly reports are computed on your device.
